Apart from racket sport activities we would like to invite all girls and boys to lessons of Mini and Teen Aerobic.
Mini Aerobic course is an entertaining exercise for children from age of 5 years, where they can learn basics of aerobic, fast and slow exercise styles and easy gymnastic elements. And all of that during a fairy-tale music and rhythmic songs for kids.
Teen Aerobic lessons are opened for everyone, either if they are just beginning with exercise or experienced athletes! You will try and learn different types of exercises, from basic Aerobic steps to fitness exercises on TRX and BOSU.
