Cancel fees
Dear customers, we would like to inform you about new cancel fees that will apply since this September. We believe that this change will make our booking process more efficient and will help majority of our customers. Cancel fees will be charged as bellow:
Your reservation must be properly cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
If your reservation is not cancelled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancel fee in the amount of 50% of the reservation value, including all discounts.
If your reservation is cancelled later then 6 hours before its start, or not cancelled at all, you will be charged cancel fee in the amount of 100% of the reservation value.
Cancel fees applies for all our sport activities.
We would like to ask you to place your future bookings after proper consideration. Please also make sure that your sparring partner is available for booked time. In case of any changes with your plans, please inform us as soon as possible, either on phone, or you can use SMS, email and newly also Skype.
