New reservation rules
Dear customers,
we would like to inform you about changes in our reservation rules. Since 1st August we will require credit to be stored upon your customer account in the amount of your desired booking, before placing your reservation.
Account registration will be free of charge and we are also opening online payments application on our website.
This rule will be applied also for Multisport and Active Pass benefit cards holders. But they don’t have to use stored credit for payment – can keep it on the account for future bookings and use the benefit payment or discount for our services.
We are unfortunately applying this rule due to increasing number of placed and unattended reservations. We know that many of you would like to visit our center and we are very sorry to reject our customers due to placed bookings, that are in the end uncancelled and unattended.
We sincerely hope, that this change will be beneficial for all our customers!
