Hello sportsmen and sportswomen 🙂 , as per new anti-covid policies of Czech Ministry of Health you can have any kind of negative covid test – from certified laboratory, your employee, self-test and also any kind of self-certificate (sworn statements) to be allowed to use sports facilities.
